Real Estate Loans

We offer loans for the purchase of all types of real estate, including the purchase and refinance of home loans, farm real estate and commercial property. We service all of our own loans; we do not sell the loans on the secondary market. We can offer interim financing for new construction and an end loan on the completion of the project.

We offer short-term operating loans for financing accounts receivable, inventory, purchase of equipment and furniture and fixtures. Our customers are primarily self employed business owners.
